It's about understanding what the customer is trying to achieve, providing knowledgeable advice and building genuine, long-term relationships.You'll also work closely with architects, designers, builders and other industry professionals across a range of residential projects.Importantly, we're looking for someone who sees this as a long-term career opportunity, not simply their next job.

build their product knowledge and grow with the business over the years ahead.What You'll Be DoingBuilding solid relationships with customers through genuine service and adviceUnderstanding customer needs and recommending suitable heating and cooking solutionsManaging customer enquiries from initial consultation through to saleDeveloping ongoing relationships with architects, designers and building industry professionalsPreparing sales documentation and invoicesMaintaining accurate customer information through CRM systemsProviding a high standard of after-sales serviceRepresenting a premium showroom and product range professionallyWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys dealing with people, takes pride in delivering great customer service and wants to build a long-term career with an established business.You'll ideally bring:Previous sales and customer service experienceA genuine interest in home interiors, design or architectureStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProfessional presentation and a customer-focused approachGood attention to detailConfidence using computer systems, including CRM and invoicing platformsReliability, enthusiasm and the ability to work as part of a small teamA stable approach and genuine interest in becoming a long-term member of the teamAvailability to work SaturdaysExperience within home improvement, interiors, furniture, appliances, kitchens, building products or a similar showroom environment would be highly regarded, but isn't essential for the right person.Why Join?
