Talent Acquisition Coordinator - 12 Month Maternity Leave CoverWe're on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent team on a 12-month mat leave cover - and we need someone who can genuinely hustle and wants to be part of a seriously expanding brand.Working closely with our Operations team, this role is all about finding great people to join our venues and making sure they have an awesome experience from application through to their first day.You'll be hands on across the whole recruitment process, supporting our Field Operations teams with everything from job ads and candidate screening through to interviews, reference checks and onboarding.
If you love the thrill of finding great talent and want to help build the team behind our growth, this one's for you.What You'll DoSupport venue level recruitment across AustraliaPartner closely with the Operations team and Venue General Managers to understand recruitment needs and prioritiesCreate and post engaging job ads across relevant platformsReview applications, conduct phone screens and shortlist great candidatesCoordinate and support interviews with hiring managersProactively source candidates for priority rolesComplete reference and background checks and coordinate pre-employment requirementsKeep candidates and hiring managers updated throughout the recruitment processSupport Venue General Managers with recruitment processes, tools and best practiceCoordinate the recruitment to onboarding process for new venue team members, including Tanda set up and pre-start requirementsMaintain accurate candidate records, recruitment systems and staff filesKeep position descriptions,



recruitment templates and job advertisements up to dateAssist with recruitment reporting and provide visibility on recruitment progress and vacanciesHelp deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience from first contact through to onboardingSupport the wider Talent & People team with projects and initiatives as requiredWhat we're looking for:Previous experience in recruitment, HR or a similar people focused roleHospitality, retail or high volume recruitment experience will be highly regarded.
Experience working at venue/store level, alongside HR or recruitment studies, will also be consideredStrong communication and relationship building skills, with confidence speaking to candidates and hiring managersExcellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing prioritiesA proactive, solutions focused approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast paced environmentA positive, people focused attitude and a genuine interest in creating a great candidate experienceWhy Yo-Chi?
