Working alongside the NSW State Construction Manager, you'll gain valuable hands‐on experience supporting residential repair projects while developing the technical, operational and leadership skills needed for a successful management career.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in the construction industry.
You'll support day-to-day construction operations, assist Building Supervisors, contribute to client outcomes and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of residential repair projects across NSWAssist in monitoring construction performance and achieving client KPIsProvide support with scheduling, audits, risk management and project escalationsEnsure compliance with building codes, Australian Standards and WHS requirementsInterpret plans, engineering drawings and technical reportsBuild positive relationships with clients, trades and internal stakeholdersAssist with reporting, performance analysis and continuous improvement initiativesContribute to training, mentoring and customer service outcomesAbout YouYou'll be eager to learn, enjoy working collaboratively and be passionate about building a long-term career in construction leadership.You'll ideally have:A degree in Construction Management (completed or currently studying),
