The RoleWorking closely with the Event Producer and Event Manager and with guidance from other in-house event staff, you'll play an integral role in assisting the development of our current stable of events, plus conceptualise and launch new initiatives with the team.
You also have the opportunity to work with the in-house AV, marketing and design teams.More specifically, you will;Establish and develop solid relationships with event stakeholders,



suppliers and partnersFulfilment of marketing strategies and media plans associated with event promotionsAbility to travel interstate for eventsVenue and supplier bookingsTroubleshoot conflicts and issues as they ariseCoordinate travel and accommodationAssist with management of sponsors and speakersManage delegate registrations and event logisticsCommunicate clearly with internal and external clientThe CandidateThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months' experience across events and/or marketing, and a track record in working on multiple projects concurrently.
Previous experience with producing events for the financial services, law, defence, investment, or property sectors, while not a requirement, would be an advantage.Key StrengthsAbility to work well under pressure and hit deadlinesConfident communicator, both verbal and writtenStrong team player with a can-do attitude
