You prepare, present and sell high-quality protein products to customers.
You teach the next generation of Meat Assistants learning under you and you help our customers get the right cut for the occasion, with advice they can't get at a supermarket.
.ResponsibilitiesBreak down, bone, portion and prepare meat to Harris Farm specificationProduce consistent, accurate cuts, weight, trim and presentation up to standardPrepare value-added products, marinades,



skewers, burger patties, sausages, roastsQuality-check every delivery, reject anything that doesn't meet HFM standardsUse your trade judgement to minimise waste, turn trim into something sellableAbout youWe are looking for someone who loves food and protein, with previous experience working in a fresh food retail business.Additionally, we are looking for someone with:Back your Butcher Manager, step up when they're off the floorShow new team members the Harris Farm way, not just the technical wayMaintain cold chain, hygiene and food safety end-to-end, every shiftKeep blocks, boards, counters and tools spotless, a butcher's station is their reputationWhy you should applyIf you like variety and love to be physically activeWork with a highly successful businessValue a career pathAt Harris Farm, we welcome everyone, from all walks of life and all abilities.
