solve problems and produce quality work without needing constant supervision.For the right person, there is also an opportunity to take on additional responsibility and progress within Grand Pacific Homes over time.About YouIs a qualified carpenter with solid residential building experienceHas experience with custom homes, architectural builds and/or quality renovationsTakes pride in producing a high standard of workmanshipHas robust attention to detailCan confidently read and interpret plansCan work independently and as part of a teamIs reliable, organised and able to think aheadWorks well with apprentices and is willing to pass on their knowledgeCommunicates well with other trades and managementHas their own tools and reliable transportHolds a current driver's licence and White CardPrevious leading-hand or supervisory experience would be an advantage but is not essential.We are more interested in finding the right carpenter and the right fit for our team.What We Offer$45-$48 per hour + super, depending on experience and abilityPermanent, long-term positionConsistent work from Helensburgh to KiamaQuality $1m-$3m custom homes and renovationsInteresting and varied projects rather than repetitive volume buildingEstablished team and strong pipeline of workOpportunity to take on greater responsibility and progress within the companyWork with an established local design and construct builderIf you're a quality carpenter who takes pride in what you build and would like to work on some of the Illawarra's better custom residential projects, we'd like to hear from you.
