As a FENDI Ambassador, you will bring our heritage, craftsmanship, quality, and creativity to life in every client interaction.Your ResponsibilitiesDrive results across all categories through upselling, cross-selling, and storytelling.Consistently achieve assigned KPIs including sales targets, core category targets, and NPS.Client ManagementBuild long-term client relationships through personalised service and a client-centric approach.Use CRM tools effectively to support client retention, loyalty, and brand engagement.Store Operations & MaintenanceAccurately manage inventory, stock transfers, payments, and customer database inputs.Maintain visual merchandising standards and support a secure, clean,
