Moonlight Cinemas is seeking a Venue Manager to lead a seasonal team of around 30 staff, overseeing all aspects of venue operations, safety, customer experience, and commercial performance across our outdoor cinema programs.You will manage site set-up and pack-down, bump-in/out, scheduling, rostering, payroll, and oversee Food & Beverage, sponsorships, and AV support, while maintaining high service standards during afternoon and evening shifts.
