We are a brand new, GP-owned general practice that opened only 3 weeks ago.This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning.
As the face of our practice, you will play a key front-of-house role in creating a warm, calming, and professional environment for our patients.
We are looking for someone who enjoys patient interaction, thrives in a dynamic setting, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with flexible working arrangements across weekdays, and the opportunity to be part of our planned Saturday morning roster as the practice grows.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome patients in a professional, warm, and courteous mannerSchedule appointments and manage patient bookings efficientlyProcess patient registrations and maintain accurate medical recordsManage incoming phone calls, enquiries, and patient requestsAssist with the organisation and maintenance of administrative systemsLiaise closely with GPs, nurses, and the broader team to support seamless patient careMaintain strict patient confidentiality and a high level of attention to detailProvide general administrative support as requiredAbout YouTo be successful in this role,
