Skyreach Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Hire Controller to join our team in Caboolture, Queensland.
In this crucial role, you will be responsible the allocation of our equipment and transporters to support our clients' orders.
As a Hire Controller, you will play a key part in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services and the satisfaction of our valued customers.What you'll be doingCoordinate the hiring and allocation of equipment, vehicles, and other resources to meet client demandsLiaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely and efficient delivery of hired itemsMaintain accurate records of all hire transactions and equipment availabilityCollaborate with the sales, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure the availability and readiness of hired itemsProvide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of hiring strategiesWhat we're looking forProven experience in a hire controller or similar customer-facing administrative role, preferably within the equipment hire or logistics industryStrong organisational and time management skills,
