You'll be the link between our customers, technicians, suppliers and management, making sure jobs keep moving and everyone is looked after.What You'll DoCoordinate and schedule service techniciansManage customer calls, bookings and enquiriesKeep customers updated and deliver great serviceMake sure technicians have what they need to get the job doneMonitor jobs from booking through to completionOrganise parts, materials and repairsPrepare quotes,



reports and invoicesFollow up outstanding quotes and jobsManage maintenance schedules and recurring workIdentify problems and sort them before they become bigger problemsMaintain the efficiency and profitability of the service departmentSomeone who:Takes ownership and gets things doneIs organised and can handle a busy workloadIs confident dealing with customers and tradiesIs a positive problem solver and doesn't need constant directionCan work autonomously or as part of a teamCommunicates well and works well under pressureExperience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, trades or service coordination is highly regarded.Experience with Simpro or similar job management software is a bonus.What Success Looks LikeTechnicians are organised.
