The role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and associated infrastructure services.

Feel free to connect with your recruiter to learn more about how this works in practice.Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrong hands-on experience in administering and managing VMware vSphere environments, including vCenter, vROps, vSphere Lifecycle Manager (Update Manager), VMware Horizon/View, NSX, and vCloud Director.Extensive experience in Windows Server administration, including installation, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, upgrades, and lifecycle management.Advanced administration and troubleshooting of Active Directory Services, including AD DS, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), ADFS, and Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
Strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware infrastructure issues in enterprise production environments.Experience in VMware ESXi host administration, cluster management, HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, snapshots, templates, and VM provisioning activities.Good knowledge of patch and vulnerability management, with hands-on experience in SCCM/MECM, BigFix, KACE, and Windows patching technologies.Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, VMware infrastructure, Active Directory, storage, and networking components.Proficiency in PowerShell, VMware PowerCLI, and scripting/automation for infrastructure administration and operational efficiency.Good understanding of virtualization, compute, network, and storage architecture within VMware environments.Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace for performance monitoring, alert management, and root cause analysis.Knowledge of administering enterprise server hardware platforms including HPE, Dell EMC, Cisco UCS,
