Barwon Health graduates can expect to join a program that offers dedicated clinical support and guidance whilst challenging you to be your best.Graduates in the Care of the Older Person Graduate Program will complete one 10-month rotation in Aged Care and a 2-month specialty rotation to the McKellar Mental Health and Wellbeing Unit.The Barwon Health Graduate Nurse Program can offer you the following:53-week Graduate ProgramWork 64 hours/fortnightDedicated clinical support team to provide support and guidance to graduatesOrientation program and study days throughout the yearSupernumerary timeAccess to weekly graduate professional development sessionsA wide range of opportunities and structured pathways available at the end of the programYou must have completed your Bachelor of Nursing within the last 12 months (August ****- July ****)You must be registered and ready to commence the program on the 28th of September ****You must have valid working rights to work within Australia for a 12-month period at 64 hours per fortnight from the 28th of September- please note that sponsorship is not availableWe will review all applications submitted and if we need further information or documentation we will contact you.Successful applicants will be notified in the week commencing 31st August.Please note Barwon Health will only contact you via our official email and never use unconventional means, such as text messaging or other services.Excellent working conditions anda strong senseof job satisfactionA vibrant staff wellbeing program and access to our 24/7 Employee Assistance ProgramAttractive salary packaging benefitsLiving expenses capped at $9,010Meals and entertainment capped at $2,650Barwon Health is an inclusive and welcoming employer, committed to reflecting the diverse communities we serve.
