Roll on Automotive is a fast growing, award-winning automotive company based in North Richmond.
We are currently looking for a highly organsied and motivated Roadside Operations Coordinator to join our team, managing live jobs and keeping our drivers and customers moving.The position available is 1.30pm to 9.30pm Monday to Friday and every Sunday 10am to 8pm, this role is a hybrid role while training with the potential to work from home each shift.Key Responsibilities:Coordinating roadside assistance, towing and customers jobs in real timeDispatching and allocating jobs to field techniciansManaging field technicians' schedules and workloads to maximise efficiencyCommunicating with customers,
