This post will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and safe care is maintained, whilst moving forward to meet the evolving needs of the service and population we serve.The main duties of the role are to ensure that the patient receivesa high standard of care in the department.You will need:Excellent communication skillsGood practical skills and organisational abilityAn understanding of the pivotal role Pre Assessment has in the inpatient pathwayGood IT skillsAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a team**** NHS Staff Survey achievementsScored above the national average for the People Promises:
