Because at St Vincent's, kindness works for us.Position DetailsFull-time position based at our Eltham Aged Care facility, working Monday to Friday during standard office hours.Key Responsibilities and QualificationsRelevant experience in a similar role scheduling staff within a community/facility ensuring prompt and accurate servicesExperience with scheduling and attendance systems (Procurra, Kronos and Workday desirable)High level of customer service skillsThe ability to work in a face past high stress roleStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Ability to assist with administrative tasks as requiredAbility to follow directives as per care plan and from coordinatorsUnderstanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilitiesNational Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.Certificate/Diploma Business, Frontline Management or Scheduling desirable but not essentialBenefits and PerksCompetitive salary packaging options up to $15,990, Novated leasing,
