Backend Dental Coordinator
Full-Time Role
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Backend Dental Coordinator to run the clinical side of our busy surgery.
You'll lead our dental assistant team, keep every surgery stocked and running on time, and work closely with our Front-End Coordinator to deliver a seamless patient experience.
**Experience in 4-handed dentistry is essential.

What you'll do
- Lead, schedule, and support the dental assistant team day to day
- Manage all surgeries set up, stocked, and running on time
- Manage stock — restocking, ordering support, and putting away deliveries
- Oversee infection control, instrument counts, and clinical standards
- Provide expert 4-handed chairside support on key procedures if required
- Handle invoices, ACT Health patient vouchers, and daily admin




- Partner with the Front-End Coordinator on scheduling and patient flow
What we're looking for
- Proven 4-handed dentistry experience **(essential)**
- Experience leading or supervising a dental support team
- Solid knowledge of stock control and infection control standards
- Confident, organised, and calm under pressure
- A natural delegator who leads from the floor
