Duties and responsibilities:
The position will include the daily manufacture of bread and natural fermentation sourdough.
The position will also include working production amounts, mixing of doughs, scaling and molding of dough, oven loading and stripping and temperature and cooking times.
The position will also call for the daily upkeep of all workspaces and associated equipment and tools.
Tasks Include:
Checking the cleanliness of equipment and operation of premises before production runs to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Coordinating the forming, loading, baking, unloading, de-panning and cooling of batches of bread and rolls.
Operating machines which roll and mould dough.
Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment.
