JST Air Conditioning is a growing, family-owned business servicing the Peel and southern Perth areas.
We're looking for a
quality, experienced technician
to join our team — someone who knows their trade, can work independently and wants to be genuinely valued for the work they do.
The Role
You'll be working across a variety of residential and light commercial A/C jobs, including:
Air conditioning installations
Split and ducted systems
Servicing and maintenance
Fault finding and repairs
Electrical and mechanical diagnostics
Customer service
Digital job reports
Working independently with support when needed
What We Offer
$50–$60 per hour + super, depending on experience
Fully maintained company work vehicle
Company phone and iPad
Good quality tools and equipment provided
Monday–Friday — no weekends
Flexible start and finish times

What We're Looking For
Essential:
Trade Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic
Full Australian Driver's Licence
ARCTick Refrigerant Handling Licence
Restricted Electrical Licence
Police Clearance
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Good electrical knowledge
Ability to work independently
Qualified communication and customer service skills
Reliable and punctual
Pride in your workmanship
Full working rights in Australia
