Take your F&I; career to the next level with Autosports Group.Autosports Group (ASG) is looking for an experienced and driven Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our Berwick dealership portfolio, working predominantly across our Audi and Geely operations.This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia's leading automotive retail groups and play a key role in helping customers find the right finance, insurance and protection solutions while supporting our dealership teams to achieve solid commercial results.About the RoleAs a Finance & Insurance Business Manager, you will manage the end-to-end finance and insurance process, working closely with customers and the Sales team to deliver a seamless and professional vehicle purchasing experience.You will be responsible for:Managing customer finance and insurance applications from enquiry through to settlementPresenting and selling finance, insurance and aftermarket productsBuilding strong relationships with customers, lenders and internal stakeholdersWorking closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to maximise F&I; opportunitiesEnsuring all documentation and compliance requirements are completed accuratelyMaintaining a high level of customer service throughout the entire purchasing journeyIdentifying opportunities to maximise finance penetration and ancillary product salesSupporting the dealership in achieving monthly F&I; targets and profitabilityEnsuring all processes are completed in line with regulatory, lender and company requirementsAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is commercially driven, customer-focused and confident working in a fast-paced dealership environment.You will ideally have:Previous experience in an automotive Finance & Insurance roleStrong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance productsA proven ability to achieve and exceed F&I; targetsExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsStrong attention to detail and a high level of compliance awarenessThe ability to work collaboratively with Sales and Management teamsA professional and confident approach when dealing with customersA strong understanding of the end-to-end vehicle sales and finance processWhy Join ASG?
