If you enjoy customer service, parts interpretation and helping customers find the right solution, this role offers something different while allowing you to use the skills you already have.Full product and systems training is provided - aviation experience is not required.Melbourne Eastern Suburbs | Monday-Friday | 38 HoursThe RoleReporting to the Technical Sales Manager, you will:Respond to customer enquiries via phone and emailIdentify and interpret parts requirementsProvide advice on parts,



availability and lead timesPrepare quotes and process sales ordersRecommend suitable parts and alternativesFollow up orders and customer enquiriesMaintain accurate parts and stock informationAssist with packing and dispatch when requiredAbout YouYou will ideally have experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter, particularly within automotive, machinery, motorcycles or a similar industry.We're looking for:Strong spare parts and product knowledgeExcellent customer service and communication skillsGood attention to detailConfidence dealing with customersAbility to identify parts and understand product informationExperience with ordering or inventory systemsA reliable, proactive and team-focused approachWhy Join?
