Walgett Shire Council is seeking an experienced Property Officer (Residential Property Management) to join our Property Services team.
This role manages a portfolio of residential properties owned by NSW Government agencies and Council, with no traditional private rent roll.You will coordinate occupants, inspections, maintenance and records, liaising with government agencies and contractors.
We offer a 35-hour week, 5 weeks annual leave plus Wellness Leave, relocation assistance, and salary
