Little Zak's Academy is looking for an exceptional leader to step into our
99-place service in Nulkaba
.
The centre has experienced its ups and downs, and we are now looking for someone who can
step in, take the lead and set a clear direction for the future

About the Role
As Centre Director,



you will take overall responsibility for the leadership and performance of the service.
Your focus will be on:
Building a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture
Developing your educators, Room Leaders and emerging leaders
Creating consistency and stability across the service
Leading high-quality educational practice aligned with the
EYLF and NQS
Building strong and trusted relationships with children, families and the local community
Maintaining compliance and ensuring the service operates to a high standard
Driving occupancy, enrolments and overall centre performance
Managing budgets and making sound commercial decisions
Leading the service as
Nominated Supervisor
You will be supported, but you will also be trusted to lead.

Competitive salary package well above award of up to $120,000 plus super
, based on your qualifications and experience

About You
We are looking for a leader who is confident taking ownership and knows how to bring people with them.
You will have:
An
ACECQA-approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification
Previous experience as a
Centre Director, Nominated Supervisor or Assistant Director/2IC
Strong leadership and people management skills
A sound understanding of the
EYLF, NQS, National Regulations and compliance
The ability to build a strong team culture and develop educators
Commercial awareness and an understanding of occupancy and centre performance
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The confidence to make decisions and take accountability for the outcomes of your service
The resilience and leadership capability to
step into a challenging environment and create positive change
