The Opportunity
We're looking for a motivated and organised Receptionist (9-month parental leave cover) to be the welcoming face of our Charlestown (Hunter) clinic.
In this role, you'll balance front desk reception with behind-the-scenes admin support to help keep our clinic running smoothly.
As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients and managing appointments
Answering phones and assisting with enquiries
Supporting our clinical team with admin and billing tasks
Handling orders, stock, and general clinic supplies
Keeping the reception and clinic space tidy and professional
What we are looking for:
A friendly, reliable team player




Someone with great communication and people skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Admin or reception experience (healthcare background is a bonus)
Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office
