Individual Support - Ageing and Disability

Training U Pty Ltd, RTO No. ***** is seeking an experienced and passionate Aged Care trainer and assessor to join its team to lead the delivery of Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) out of its Gosnells training facility.
This is an exciting prospect to join a client focused and dynamic RTO that keeps class sizes to a minimum to ensure quality training is delivered.
This is a part time role (3 or 4 days per week).
The successful candidate will be required to:
Facilitate training face to face using LMS system (students attend in classroom) and marking of assessments
Mentoring students
Participate in workplace visits and industry engagement
Validation of assessments
Be self motivated
Required qualifications and experience:
Candidates must hold Certificate IV TAE***** or equivalent
Candidates must hold Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or above
Demonstrated experience in delivering this qualification
Relevant industry experience in the Aged Care sector
Excellent communication skills
