Operating across flexible hours, with closes ranging from midnight on Sundays, 2:00 AM Mon-Wed, up to 3:00 AM Thurs-Sat, this role offers true variety.
Whether you're steering a steady morning trade, orchestrating a bustling lunch/dinner shift in the beer garden, or managing the late-night energy into the early hours, we need a versatile leader with sharp operational instincts who can keep standards sky-high on every shift.A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crewSupport the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibeLearn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legendsHandle hiccups before they turn into headachesBring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shiftInherent requirements:This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
