As a Customer Service Officer, you'll deliver a high-quality experience to job seekers whilst supporting the delivery of the Workforce Australia contract.You'll be the first point of contact for our site, handling face-to-face, phone, email, and online enquiries.
Working closely with the Site Lead and team, you'll ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the site, embodying our values of being trailblazers in service, savvy in solutions, thriving in challenges, and staying united in teamwork.About youYou bring experience in customer service and administration, with a knack for building strong relationships and achieving team goals.
