We are looking for an experienced Sous chef to join our team.About the Role:Cooking and preparing high quality mealsDirecting the food preparation process and delegating tasksAssisting the Head Chef in stock ordering to ensure inventory is maintainedAssisting the Head Chef to create new menu items, recipes and develop dishesSupervise and provide training to our kitchen staffEnsure communication between the kitchen team is effectiveEnsure staff are following safe work practices at all timesMaintain a high standard of food safety guidelinesAbout You:Certificate 1V in Commercial Cookery or equivalent2+ years proven experience in the same roleAbility to resolve conflict in a constructive mannerAbility to work effectively and efficiently in a team workplace
