You'll guide, mentor, and work alongside our hardworking all-female crew on-site, ensuring every job is delivered to an exceptional standard.Your responsibilities will include:Guiding, mentoring,



and working alongside our in office crewDelivering excellent results in paving, retaining walls, turf, garden beds, and hardscapingCoordinating materials, tools, and site logistics to keep projects running smoothly and on scheduleReading and interpreting plans and project specificationsCommunicating clearly with clients, suppliers, and managementEnsuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standardAbout YouWe are specifically looking for a hardworking female to lead our all-female landscaping crewCertificate III or IV in LandscapingSolid hands-on experience in landscape construction and hardscaping, with previous leadership or site management experienceStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and plantsAbility to work confidently from landscape plans and drawingsCurrent driver's licence and White CardMachinery tickets (Excavator/Bobcat) are a big bonusReliable, motivated, and committed to delivering quality workmanshipTakes initiative, solves problems on the fly, and works just as well independently as leading a teamValid work visa or Australian work authorisation required
