As we continue to grow our production here in Adelaide, we are opening the door for passionate individuals to register their interest in joining our Footwear and Craft teams at our Salisbury workshop.
You do not need experience.
It's helpful, but who you are is more valuable than what you know because we can always teach you.
You do not need a trade behind you.
What you do need is pride in your work, curiosity, and the desire to learn a craft that lasts a lifetime.

Experience in manufacturing is welcome but absolutely not essential.
Working with R.M.Williams:
Our Workshop is a day shift operation, and we work the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 3:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
We have a structured Skill Level System ranging from Level 1 to Level 6, offering growth opportunities as you develop your craft.
Skill Level 1 (Entry Level): $***** per hour
Skill Level 2: $***** per hour
Skill Level 3: $***** per hour
Skill Level 4: $***** per hour
Higher skill levels come with increased pay rates as you progress in your role.
