This is an opportunity to join our Advance team within Ashurst Perkins Coie.Duration: 6 monthsArrangement: Full time (hybrid)Location: BrisbaneKey Responsibilities:Conducting and managing PEXA settlements end-to-end, including lodgement of documents, verification of settlement figures and coordination with all parties to ensure timely completionAssisting with Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) searches, registrations and dischargesSupporting the delivery of BAU transactional matters alongside senior team membersMaintaining client relationships through responsive, quality work productAbout YouYou are an experienced paralegal with a minimum of 3 years' experience, bringing a solid track record working within a law firm or legal services organisation.Required Experience & Expertise:PEXA settlements experience - demonstrated hands-on experience using the PEXA platform to manage and complete property settlements, including familiarity with workspace management, financial settlement schedules and lodgement processesExperience working in a legal support, paralegal, or equivalent capacity within a law firm or legal services environmentStrong understanding of Australian property and real estate transactionsAbility to manage multiple matters concurrently under tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality deliveryStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a teamFamiliarity with high-volume, process-driven legal workPrior experience in banking and finance transactional supportKnowledge of broader funds and finance documentationAttributes:Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple property settlement matters simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting strict deadlinesDetail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision across legal documentation,
