You'll move between plant operation and general labouring tasks as required to keep jobs moving efficiently.Your responsibilities will include:Operating and maintaining plant and heavy vehiclesTrench excavation and below-ground worksGeneral labouring across commercial plumbing sitesAssisting trades on site and supporting the wider crewManual labour, lifting and material handling as requiredTransporting plant, equipment, fill and spoilDaily plant checks and basic maintenanceWorking safely and efficiently on active construction sitesWhat We're Looking ForThis role suits someone who:Has minimum 3 years' experience operating plant on commercial construction sitesIs confident with trenching and excavation workIs happy to be hands-on and contribute as an all-rounder, not just operate plantHolds a Heavy Vehicle Driver's LicenceHas a White Card and plant ticketsUnderstands OHS and works safely at all timesIs a team player — happy to help others and get stuck inShows initiative and wants to broaden their skills across commercial plumbing worksMechanical aptitude or leadership potential is well regarded.Candidates based in Melbourne's south-east suburbs will be highly regarded, given the location of projects and depot.If you're looking for a role where you're valued for your work ethic, versatility, and attitude —
