costings and manage suppliers/sub contractorsManage the productivity of the site labour team weekly and provide labour forecasts each month to make sure targets are metReport into Construction ManagerSign Correspondence, ITP's, Checklists and documentation relevant to quality, safety and programThe CandidateMust have a proven track record of Managing Minor Works Projects in a previous roleMinimum of 5years experience in the Security Industry - Managing CCTV and Access Control Projects or else a robust Construction/Electrical background with Tier 1 exposureExperience in the planning and implementation of site related health and safety requirementsExperience in the use of word processors, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications and financial processing data basesAccountable, motivated and reliable and a team playersStrong written and verbal communications skillsGood industry awareness and understands market trends and the operating environment
