QC Dental is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our practice in Chatswood, NSW.
This is a part-time position for regular Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays.We offer flexibility whilst maintaining the prospect to deliver high-quality dental care to our patients.
As an Associate Dentist, you will play a vital role in our clinical team, providing comprehensive dental treatments and contributing to the overall success and reputation of our practice.
This role is integral to ensuring we continue to meet the clinical needs of our diverse patient base whilst upholding the highest standards of dental care.Key responsibilitiesProviding a full range of general dental treatments, including preventive care, restorative procedures, and diagnostic assessmentsConducting thorough patient consultations, taking detailed medical and dental histories, and developing individualised treatment plansMaintaining accurate and timely patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practice standardsEnsuring all clinical work adheres to infection control protocols and health and safety regulationsCollaborating with the wider dental team to provide coordinated, patient-centred careContributing to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the practiceCommunicating effectively with patients to explain treatment options, build trust, and ensure informed consentManaging patient anxieties and providing a compassionate, professional approach to all clinical interactionsWhat we're looking forA current dental degree recognised by the Dental Board of Australia and valid registration with AHPRAProven experience as a dentist,
ideally with several years of clinical practice in a general practice settingStrong clinical knowledge and competency across a broad range of general dental proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleaguesA commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to continuing professional development requirementsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a busy practice environmentKnowledge of current dental software and digital systems is advantageousA patient-focused approach with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality, ethical dental careCurrent CPR certification and willingness to maintain other required certificationsWhat we offerQC Dental is committed to supporting the professional growth and wellbeing of our team members.
We offer 40% commission based renumeration.
