We are strongly focused on ensuring the best possible health outcomes for our aged care customers.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this important role, you will be responsible for:Assisting pharmacists with the preparation of medicationsWorking with medication charts, including placing orders and applying changesDispensing prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacistProcessing daily Aged Care medication orders (there is no webster packing)Providing exceptional customer service on a daily basisLiaising with nursing home staff, prescribing doctors, other stakeholders and visit facilities when requiredManaging tasks to achieve individual and team KPIsDeveloping specialised patient care and medication management skillsPassion for Customer Service - There are also facility on-site customer care opportunities available, just askAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have:Dispensing experience in a pharmacy or hospital environmentA strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer serviceProven reliability, excellent time management, and strong attention to detailProficiency in using dispensing and medication management softwareExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, face to face and phone-based)The ability to multitask in a large, fast-paced, and dynamic environmentA positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitudeCertificate III in Community Pharmacy or a Dispensary Skillset qualificationORCertificate II in Community Pharmacy with a willingness to undertake Certificate III trainingA National Police Certificate will be required in line with company policy.Why Join Us?
