We value reliability, a solid work ethic and people who take pride in being part of a team.We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive person to join our team in a Rendering Logistics & Site Support role.This is a hands on position responsible for keeping our rendering crews moving efficiently across multiple projects.
You'll assist with material and tool deliveries, site setup and set down, site clean ups, protection and general logistical support for our team of renderers ensuring our team have what they need to focus on delivering.The RoleNo two days will necessarily be the same.
You'll be moving between our projects, suppliers and warehouse, helping make sure sites are organised, stocked, clean and ready for our rendering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver rendering materials, tools and equipment to projectsPick up materials and supplies from our warehouse and suppliersMove tools and equipment between projects as requiredPrepare and set up sites before rendering crews commenceSet up protection to floors, windows, doors and surrounding surfacesAssist with masking, taping, plastic and general site preparationEstablish designated mixing and material areasOrganise materials so crews can commence work efficientlyComplete site clean-ups during and following rendering worksCollect excess materials, tools and equipment from completed projectsRemove rubbish and maintain clean, organised work areasReturn tools and equipment to the warehouse and maintain organised storageAssist with monitoring tools,



equipment and material stockNotify the team when materials or consumables are running lowComplete urgent material or equipment runs when requiredProvide general site support to rendering crews where requiredMaintain company vehicles in a clean and organised conditionCommunicate with supervisors and rendering teams regarding daily site requirements to be prepared in advance for the days and weeks aheadWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:Reliable, punctual and hardworkingOrganised and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the dayProactive and willing to take ownership of their responsibilitiesPhysically fit and comfortable lifting and moving construction materialsRespectful when working on high end residential and commercial projectsCareful when handling tools, materials and completed surfacesComfortable driving between projects throughout South East Queensland (Brisbane, Tamborine Mountain, Gold Coast, Byron Bay)Able to communicate clearly with supervisors, trades and suppliersWilling to get their hands dirty and help wherever requiredSomeone who takes pride in leaving sites clean, organised and ready for the next stageA current driver's licence is essential.Previous experience in construction, rendering, plastering, warehousing, deliveries or trade support would be highly regarded, however attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are most important to us.Grow With UsWe have been operating for over 40 years, and we're focused on continuing to build the business for the future.As we grow, we want to develop people from within and provide opportunities for team members who demonstrate initiative, reliability and leadership.For the right person, this role has the opportunity to develop into greater responsibility across site logistics, materials, fleet, warehouse and broader operations.We're not simply looking for someone to make deliveries and organise some sites, we're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of our team and grow with the business.
