The role will focus on engaging business stakeholders, gathering and translating requirements, and supporting the delivery of operational technology and data integration solutions.Key Responsibilities:Gather, analyse,
and document business and technical requirements.Partner with stakeholders to assess needs and define solutions.Manage requirements traceability, validation, and testing activities.Support workshops, fit-gap analysis, risk assessments, and UAT activities.Contribute to data governance, integration design discussions, and project deliverables.Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery.Requirements:3-5+ years of Business Analysis experience.Robust stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.Experience working within regulated environments.Knowledge of integration platforms such as HighByte, HiveMQ, Cognite, AVEVA PI, and InfluxDB3.Experience working with third-party vendors and technology teams.Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies is advantageous.
