You'll bring:Previous barista experience in a café, restaurant, hotel or similarly fast-paced environmentStrong espresso preparation and milk-texturing skillsA genuine interest in coffee, quality and consistencyConfidence working through busy breakfast and service periodsWarm, intuitive guest serviceStrong attention to detail and presentationA positive,



team-oriented approach with your fellow colleaguesThe ability to stay organised, clean and composed behind the barFlexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, weekends and public holidaysYou must already have current and ongoing working rightsYou'll also bring curiosity.A willingness to learn more, try something new and understand the story behind what we serve.

You'll be part of the daily rhythm of Andaz Gold Coast, creating coffee experiences that feel polished without feeling formal.You'll prepare espresso-based beverages to a consistently high standard, maintain the coffee station, support smooth service and connect naturally with guests throughout the day.You'll remember the regular who likes an extra shot.
