The Organisation
Our client is a well known and recognised business based in the heart of Melbourne's south east.
As the business continues it's exciting growth, they are seeking a like minded & skilled individual to join their finance team.
They will be open to candidates either on a full time or part-time basis.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however will not be limited to:
Daily banking and bank reconciliationsBillingsGenerating and issuing of invoices for clientsCollection calls and emailsBank and credit card reconciliationsAssisting in the setting up of payment plansCustomer serviceAny other ad hoc accounts duties
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however will not be exclusive to:
Will have prior experience in the accounts receivable spaceStrong ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work within a team environmentHigh attention to detail
