qualityassuranceand strategic growth initiativesRepresent the Company at industry associations and eventsAbout you:5+ years in a senior sales management roleTertiary qualifications in Horticulture or related disciplineStrong horticultural and growing media knowledgeDemonstratedsuccess leading high-performing sales teamsCRM,ERPand business systems experienceStrong commercial,communicationand negotiation skillsTravel Requirements:Regular domestic travel throughout Victoria, New South Wales, SouthAustraliaand Tasmania, together with occasional international travel to Europe andexport markets.Performance-based bonus and incentive programProfessional development opportunitiesDomestic and international travelDirect exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-makingSalary: $160K (depending on experience) + Super + fully maintained Company vehicle, Company laptop and mobileHours: 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
