You'll work closely with our dental team to ensure patients have a positive and comfortable experience from the moment they arrive.Your responsibilities will include:Providing chairside assistance during a variety of dental proceduresPreparing treatment rooms, instruments,



and materialsAssisting with digital radiography (X-rays)Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentialitySterilisation and maintenance of instruments and equipmentManaging stock levels, ordering supplies, and restocking surgeriesSupporting reception functions including appointments, enquiries, and paymentsAssisting with laboratory work and clinical administrationMaintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staffAbout YouYou are a proactive team player who enjoys working in a quick-paced healthcare environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.Ideally, you'll bring:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, patient-centred approachStrong organisational and time-management skillsThe ability to work collaboratively within a clinical teamA commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient careDesirable QualificationsCertificate III or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting, orAt GMHBA, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to be their authentic selves.
