availability and teaching strengths.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for people who:Have strong academic ability and a genuine command of EnglishAre engaging, patient and able to build strong rapport with studentsTake teaching seriously and care about students' progressAre reliable, professional and well preparedPrevious tutoring or teaching experience is highly regarded, particularly experience teaching in an Australian educational context.For VCE English teachers, strong knowledge of the Victorian curriculum and demonstrated experience teaching or tutoring VCE English will be highly valued.Experience in areas such as debating, public speaking, writing, school leadership or other communication-focused activities is also highly regarded.Why Join Austin Education?
