Working closely with the Leadership Team, you will oversee key enabling functions including customer engagement services, ICT support, grants and funding oversight, assets and fleet, site management and contractor management.A central focus of this role is ensuring systems, processes and resources support a positive customer experience lifecycle, while promoting continuous improvement,
