We are looking for a reliable, hands-on and organised Motel Manager / All-Rounder to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a 20-bed workers accommodation motel located in central Dubbo.This is a wide-ranging role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership and is happy to turn their hand to whatever needs doing.
You will be the main point of contact for workers, while also ensuring the accommodation is clean, well maintained, organised and running smoothly.Immediate start available.About the RoleWorking Monday to Friday, you will oversee the daily operation and presentation of the motel.Your responsibilities will include:Cleaning rooms, bathrooms and common areasChanging linen and managing laundryPreparing rooms for incoming workersManaging bookings, arrivals and departuresKeeping room availability and occupancy records up to dateBeing the main point of contact for workers staying at the propertyCarrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs where appropriateIdentifying maintenance issues and coordinating trades when requiredMonitoring the condition of rooms and reporting any damageOrdering and maintaining cleaning products,
