For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity for this engagement to extend well beyond the initial term.In this role, you will:Take ownership of day-to-day hard and soft services across a premium industrial portfolioManage contractors and service providers, keeping performance and relationships in positive shapeBe the face of FM for building occupants and ownership, handling issues before they become problemsKeep compliance, WHS, and risk management tightOwn the financials, including budget management, monthly reporting, and variance analysisAbout YouYou have experience in facilities management on industrial / commercial / retail assets and you know what that actually means in practice: high expectations, visible presence,
