Due to continued growth our client is looking for a Service & Warranties Coordinator to join their customer service team.
You would be working with a well-established Australian owned company with a varied product range including Refrigeration, Heating, Plumbing & Gas products.You would be liaising with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders to ensure that service requests are handled efficiently and in line with any SLA's.ResponsibilitiesTriaging service requests to determine required actions and warranty eligibilityAllocate jobs to authorised service agentsProactively monitor status of active jobs, keeping customers updated with job progressLiaise with other departments regarding spare parts availability, returns, replacement authorisations etc.Onboarding new technicians when requiredSupporting billing and reporting functionsAll associated administrationExperience wise, you would either come from a Warranties,



Scheduling or similar Customer Service coordination background where the ability to prioritise effectively is essential.If you've worked in an industry where you've dealt with time sensitive repairs (eg HVAC, equipment breakdowns etc) this would also be an advantage.This role is available as a permanent full time role working Monday to Friday, however our client can also be adaptable to either a later start or an earlier finish to accommodate school drop off OR pick up.FTE salary $75K - $80K + super.Candidates living around MINTO, CASULA, NARELLAN, CAMPBELLTOWN, GREGORY HILLS, SMEATON GRANGE, LEPPINGTON, MOOREBANK and surrounds will find our clients INGLEBURN location within an easy drive.
