As our service portfolio grows, we're looking for a Commercial Project Manager to partner with our operational and project teams and drive commercial excellence and sustainable growth.About the roleThis is more than a role focused on financial reporting.
You'll be a trusted commercial partner, influencing decisions, identifying opportunities and helping project and service teams achieve strong business outcomes.The role will support a diverse portfolio of projects, products, maintenance contracts and lifecycle service agreements, with a strong focus on:Commercial governance and project performanceBusiness partnering with operational leadershipContract and risk managementDigitalisation and continuous improvement initiativesStrategic business planning and performance managementLeadership potential and stakeholder influenceCross-functional collaboration aligned with Siemens' ONE Tech principlesYou'll work closely with Project Managers,



Service Managers, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Tax and Customer Care, while also contributing to broader digitalisation, process improvement and business initiatives.Key responsibilitiesPartner with Project and Service Managers to achieve revenue, margin, cash flow and profitability targetsLead commercial governance, forecasting, cost control and financial reportingIdentify and manage commercial risks, opportunities, variations, warranties and claimsProvide commercial insights and constructive challenge to support better decision-makingDrive improvements through SAP, Power BI, Excel and digital reporting solutionsImprove commercial processes, transparency and data-driven decision-makingBuild strong relationships and influence stakeholders across the businessPromote collaboration, accountability and continuous improvementWhat you'll bringWe're looking for someone with strong commercial capability, curiosity and the confidence to make an impact.You'll ideally have:Experience in Commercial Project Management, Project Controlling, Finance Business Partnering or a similar roleStrong financial analysis, forecasting,



cost control and profitability skillsExperience with SAP and advanced ExcelStrong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilityThe confidence to challenge constructively and influence senior stakeholdersExcellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skillsA growth mindset, robust ownership and a collaborative approachExperience in industrial services, infrastructure, engineering, construction, maintenance, automation or technical services would be highly regarded, as would Power BI, contract management and process improvement experience.Why Siemens?
