As a Revenue Manager, you will drive pricing, inventory, and revenue strategies that maximise performance across a portfolio of unique properties, including:Mindil Beach Casino Resort, DarwinLizard Island, QueenslandBEST Blacktown, New South WalesPinewood Lodge, Queenstown NZWith Mindil Beach Casino Resort as your primary focus, you will also support revenue strategy and performance across the portfolio.

Lead pricing, inventory, and revenue strategies across a portfolio of properties, with a primary focus on Mindil Beach Casino ResortDevelop and implement room revenue, pricing,
and inventory strategies to maximise occupancy and profitabilityAnalyse booking trends, market demand, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growthManage room rates and inventory across property management systems, distribution channels, and online travel agenciesProduce revenue forecasts, performance reports, and commercial insights to support decision makingPartner with hotel, sales, marketing, and reservations teams to drive business performanceSupport the hotel leadership team with revenue management expertise and strategic recommendationsMore about youDemonstrated experience in hotel revenue managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insightsExperience working with hotel systems including PMS, GDS, CRS, channel managers, and online distribution platformsAdvanced Excel skills and confidence working with reporting and forecasting toolsA collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across teamsQualifications in Hotel Management, Tourism, Commerce, or a related discipline will be highly regardedThe application period will close on 13/09/2026, unless a successful qualified candidate is identified sooner.
