You will be responsible for helping ensure products are completed efficiently, to a high standard, and ready for delivery to customers across Australia.This role suits someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, takes pride in their workmanship,



and enjoys being part of a supportive and fast-paced team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and fit truck bodies and specialised componentsWork within your designated production area while supporting the wider teamFollow production schedules and quality standardsComplete quality checks throughout the production processMaintain an organised and efficient work areaCollaborate with team leaders and fellow team members to achieve production goalsSkills & ExperienceExperience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipmentStrong attention to detailAbility to read and follow work instructions and production processesStrong teamwork and communication skillsA proactive attitude and willingness to learnExperience with hydraulic, pneumatic, or heavy vehicle components is highly regarded, but not necessaryUnderstanding of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles is an advantageExperience in automotive, manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, or related industries is a bonusWhy Join ShawX?
