Sime Industrial is currently on the hunt for an IT Support Analyst (Level 2) to join our award-winning team.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Mackay, QLD branch.Reporting to the Desktop Support Team Lead, the IT Support Analyst's primary responsibility is to provide quality IT Desktop support services on a daily basis for all Sime Industrial users, while working closely with other IT functions to deliver application support, ticket management and administrative activities.This role will involve the following key duties and responsibilities:Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software and network issuesDiagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating to higher-level support when necessaryMaintain and support desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices, ensuring smooth operations for all end-usersManage and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfactionAssist with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and softwareProvide remote and on-site technical assistance and training to end-users as requiredDocument processes, issues and solutions clearly and accurately for future referenceCollaborate with IT teams and other departments to implement new technologies and system improvementsWho are we and why work with us?
